SAF PLUMBING & HEATING Ltd West Bridgford Nottingham is your traditional tradesman company in West Bridgford & Radcliffe On Trent Nottingham, taking care of all your gas central heating and water repairs, installations and servicing. We provide comprehensive advice, high-quality professional work and an extensive level of service which is monitored at all times - both during and after the completion of the project. Our values are those of a traditional trader, supporting your gas and water installations, repairs and servicing with professional work. Our Rates

For our current pricing for our services, please make sure you contact our office.
You’ll be advised how much you will be charged for the time spent working at your property diagnosing, installing, servicing or carrying out the necessary repairs. This rate won’t include any parts or equipment hire if required, otherwise stated.
We will only charge you for the time spent at your property, and for travelling time to collect non standard materials from our suppliers. A maximum of 1 hours travelling time is billable depending on the size of the job. A call out charge covers the first hours labour.

We won’t charge you for the collection of standard/day to day parts, as we carry these on our vehicles. Our engineers are fully equipped with most day to day parts you may require.

Payment is due upon completion of the appointment, which is to be made by cash or bank transfer.

For larger works, a deposit may be required, which will be agreed with you beforehand.

We will inform you of our labour charge upfront, before you make the appointment. Any additional charges (such as parts) will be agreed with you when the engineer is at the property. Minimum labour charges apply, and all charges are subject to VAT

  • Payment must be made in full by bank transfer or cash once we have arrived at the property
  • A call out charge covers the first hours labour.
  • We do not charge for travelling to your property  - You only pay for our engineers time at your property/working for you. 
  • Time for non stock item may need to be collected and this forms part of the hourly charge capped at a maximum of one hour depending on the size of the job.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ will be charged a cancellation fee each time. Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:

•    Less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% call out charge of reserved appointment(s)
•    ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.  You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you’re unsure.
